Call of the Void Doesn't Shatter on DoT kills even when the chill is from a hit
I'm currently using Call of the Void with an ignite fireball build. If I hit an enemy with fireball and chill and ignite them, when they die, they are not shattering, despite the source of the chill being a hit.
Is this a case of the wording being wrong? As worded: "Enemies chilled by your hits can be shattered as though frozen." Seems that an enemy burning to death while chilled from a hit should shatter. Should the wording be: "Enemies killed by a hit that inflicts chill can be shattered as though frozen." Or is this a bug?
