Stash Tab Affinity not working. Stash ate my Maven's Invitation: The Formed

Just as the title says, did a lair of the hydra, maven invitation: The formed dropped. Go to HO and dump everything in stash (yes affinity's are setup properly, not my first rodeo) and the Maven's Invitation is nowhere to be found, I have manually looked at every slot in my bank, also using the search bar. IT IS GONE. I know GGG does not restore items, and that's fine, its only 25c, but what if that was a cortex? PLEASE FIX THIS
