GGG Awakened Poe Trade stance

Here's some selfish, whining feedback, 'coz I'm pretty heartbroken right now.

TLDR; Make players equal. Either ban all APT tools and inform players it's forbidden to use it, or don't ban anyone.

Can you please make your stance of whether you really want to ban a 3rd party tool, like APT, or "Awakened PoE Trade", and actually inform players about it.
Or maybe you could allow players to use it, or at least close your eyes for those who want to use it. Because at moment your stance is "You may or may not use it and you may or may not get banned for it. You're unlucky if you get banned" and that sucks hell for those who're unlucky.

I got my account locked for a couple of days on the second day of the league for checking few item prices here and there. I got it unlocked, but instead GGG made me promise not to use APT anymore, because it goes against the Terms of Use. I've played PoE since 2015 and I've used PoE price check tools for years without any problems. And now you finally decided to lock my account for using it on a few items? Be real...

And since then I've been reading forums where people say "It's bullshit, you can't get banned for APT unless you cheat with it" etc, or watching streamers, who use it without any worries in the world or fears of bans. And it hurts my heart watching other players use nice, simple tools, while I myself had to promise not to use it, if I want to keep playing.

There may be people who don't want to use it for religional reasons, but please, at least don't divide people who want to use it by those who can and cannot...

But if you still, want to keep quiet, and don't want to take 1 or 0 but use random encounter ban software that excludes streamers, then at least make your own damn tool, that's usable in your own damn game and that connects to your own damn trading site. Because for these few days I've played without APT, and it's sucked. It's a big pain in the ass to manually check every price, especially for us average joes, who might play 1-3h a day after a long workday and have no idea of current metas.

Do you have any idea how it feels to write all the prefixes and suffixes into the Trade search filter when you think you found a nice item only to find out it was around 1-2c...

So yeah, do me a favor and make the players equal. Almost made me want to quit PoE even though I love the game so much...

I use Awakened PoE Trade. It doesn't send any messages, afaik, on behalf of the client to the PoE game server. Unless there are some options that I don't know about? What is illegal about it?

It can overload the site/servers if you're unlucky. And the terms of use tell us it's forbidden to overload / make servers crash on purpose.
