Do the 2 exposure masteries stack?

More specifically, does the Elemental Mastery "Exposre you inflict applies at least -18% to the affected Resistance" stack with the Fire Mastery "Fire Exposure you inflict applies an extra -5% to Fire Resistance"?

I'm not sure the ordering. If you have something that does -15% exposure normally, with both those masteries is it 23% or 20%?

I tested it when masteries came out. It compares the value of exposure after flats applying.
In the example above it would be 20%. |
