The posessing flame wraith can spawn on a dead mob if you instantly kill the searing exarch pack it spawns in (with profane bloom for example).
when this happens the posessing flame wraith icon stays on the dead mob, it continues to use the fire skill every couple seconds and it doesn't drop eldritch currency.
