Bug 301,301,958: "Energy From Within" jewel does not convert allocated Life Mastery skills

Bug report "301,301,958" The "Energy From Within" unique jewel has a unique ability which states "Increases and Reductions to Life in Radius are Transformed to apply to Energy Shield" The "Melding" notable skill and the associated "Life Mastery" skill are both within the jewel's radius. I would expect any flat life or %age increased maximum life to be translated into their equivalent energy shield values. This is the case for the "Melding" notable but not for the "Life Mastery" skill. Since mastery can be both in and out of those zone as there multiple copie of it in your tree of the same set of mastery it doesn't make sense they can be affected by it.
From what I remember those mastery aren't affected and it not a bug. |

Yes, that's logical but it's either a bug that requires:
- The jewel's text to be revised to state that it excludes masteries or - The jewel's function to be revised to include masteries There is conditional transformation behaviour of nodes all over the tree so it's worth pinning down this one use-case. |
