Corrupted influenced maps lose their influence (Including Guardian maps)

I had the option of selecting a corrupted Forge of the Phoenix Map from Kirac and noticed that it didn't have Shaper influence.

I've searched the trade site and it appears this applies to all influences, if a map is corrupted then it removes the influence. As of time of writiung there are zero corrupted shaper or elder influenced maps available on trade.
