Impassable Doorway - Maze Map

The following Maze Map generated with a room with 4 doorways. The doorway that I'm standing next to in the included screenshot was not passable. Additionally, the doorway directly across the room (180 degrees opposite the broken doorway) is a 2nd doorway that also is impassable. I can confirm that this 2nd broken doorway had an interactable door, which I clicked on to make it retract into the floor. I was still unable to pass through the door after it had been interacted with & retracted into the floor. These broken doors were impassable on both sides of the door opening. The 2 remaining doors orthogonal to these broken ones function correctly. While attempting to pass through the doorway, the wall geometry appeared to have a slight "divot" where the door was, which lead my character to sort of "slip" into the divot while pathing along the wall. It's not smooth like you'd expect for a normal wall without a door in it. Hopefully this info is helpful when debugging the level generation.
