Divine blessing bug?

I noticed that divine blessing is cancelling and I am not receiving the buff almost every time i cast it and then either attack or use withering step directly afterwards while still taking the lifecost while linked with lifetap. I played with this exact set up last league and never had any issues. It's extremely frustrating and disrupts the natural flow of gameplay. If this is unintended, great! please fix it.

Got the same problem from time to time.
Mine is linked to Lifeetap and Wrath. I loose the life but don't get the buff.

I have noticed the same thing at times. Press the hotkey, lose the life, linked aura is not on.

But having said this, getting interrupted while casting (or attacking) is a thing, where you press the button, pay the resource cost, and the spell (or attack, or what have you) doesn't activate and you have to press the button a second time.

When I have seen the issue with the blessing/lifetap/aura, I want to say I have always been in the heat of battle or activating many buffs, quickly in sequence, just prior to engagement.
