DX12 - Textures not loading properly until switching to medium then back to high
Since 3.18, I've been having a strange issue with high quality textures not loading on the character model and certain elements in the game. Yet other player characters load fine and 90% of environment elements.
The only fix appears to be setting the game to 'Medium' Texture Quality, waiting for it to sort itself out, then reselecting 'High' Texture Quality again, which seems to 'kick' the game into properly loading the textures. This is on the DirectX 12 renderer, Vulkan seems ok and DX11. If you restart the game, you have to go through the same process again for it to load the textures. I've deleted the shader caches as per the Troubleshooting thread, and it makes no difference.
