[Sentinel] Mephod (Summit) cannot be captured

Tried to capture Mephod on a (base) tier 6 Summit map twice in a row.
No error upon opening the map, but after killing the boss, the unfilled vessel remains there.

Tried it twice, first, used sentinels on the map: 27 041 328.
Second try, not used sentinels at all: 2 420 361 992.
Only new node used: Stream of Consciousness.

You need to remove the keystone that removes the ability to use fragments.

Divine Vessel is a map fragment. Placing it in the map device makes the map's boss more powerful, and if they are killed, it also captures their soul to unlock additional bonuses on The Pantheon. It is acquired as a random loot drop from enemies and is consumed upon use.

tldr, you modify the map, with an item, that is stored in the fragments tab, so one could say with a fragment...
