Victario's Influence Garb seem to be bugged

Bugged aura clip :

My aura doesnt apply when using on a Victario's Influence Garb. ( Pride, Zealotry, Determination ) No stats applied at all.
Banners & Skitter bots work but not those aura.

I tried switch those aura on other Victario's Garb as well, doesnt seem to work.


I also dont have any node on skill tree thats block these aura as well i think.
