After trying twice finishing the coral ruins map with the divine vessel n has failed to give me the reduced effect of chill on you vessel, it just isnt filling up after the map. Not sure if its just my account or if its happening to anyone else.

I've heard the atlas keystone with "Maps cannot be affected by fragments" prevents Divine Vessel from interacting with the map as well.

ah im dumb, didn't even think that would affect vessels, ty.
