How do I purchase points using my currency?

I'm trying to buy points to get some of the new microtransactions. Previously I did purchase using my Mastercard but the exchange rate from USD to MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) is absurd. I noticed my neighboring country Thailand had the option of using their currency Baht and their rates are cheaper compared to purchasing with USD. Is there a way to go about this?.
