Cloudflare problem

The problem occurs with access to pathofexile services. Constantly knocks out on the cloudflare window, which is loaded from the fifth time.
A similar trouble is observed on a certain pool of addresses, although my IP is dedicated, I also fall under this traffic check. As a result, trade and movement between players' hideouts does not work.

normaly this happens when a IP is spamming GGG's backend API's.
So are you by any chance using any 3 party software tools that access GGG's backend API's.

Else you properly have to contact Claoudfare support to have your IP unlisted because that is the "standard" reply from GGG I have seen in other threads.

As a result, I had to use CloudFlare WARP, because GGG technical support could not help me. By the way, the provider also does not see a solution to the problem, because the cloudflare does not make contact.
