I didn't get my twitch drop

I claimed my twitch drop and it said my account was connected on both this site and on twitch. I checked on the twitch drops part of my account connections on this site and the wings aren't there. I tried reconnecting my twitch account to this account and nothing has worked. The wings got claimed into oblivion apparently. Not sure what else I can do other than hope an admin or something can look at my account and see where the wings went.

Hey there, RedeyeHawk.
You normally need to claim a drop in order to obtain it. However, if you aren't seeing your reward in-game but have claimed the drop on Twitch, you may be able to try refreshing your redemption rewards. You should be able to do this by visiting this link. If that doesn't cause the items to appear in-game for you, you can also try un-linking your account from Twitch and then re-linking it to Twitch. You can do this from the Manage Connections page found here. If that also doesn't help, or you aren't receiving the drop reward for any other reason, please contact us at support@grindinggear.com with your account name and the names of 2-3 characters on your account so that we can check into it further with you! |
