How to use Magebloom map device from supported pack

I've been playing for about 10 years, but this is my first post.
I've purchased the $60US Arcanist supporter pack, and can see for instance the ring skin. For the life of me I can't figure out how to use the magebloom map device. I've tried [k] key and looking for skin options. There is a slot for portals but none for map devices. I've tried looking through all available hideout decorations, but I can't see magebloom anywhere. I've tried rotating through my map device options but there are only two the small and the large map device awarded ages ago for completing the kirac questline. " Hi there, whyBish. I'm sorry to hear about this! Can you please try opening your decorations stash in your hideout and type a keyword in the 'Filter Decor' text box at the bottom of the panel? Alternatively, you can see all the decorations you have purchased by selecting the 'Shop' filter tag at the top of the panel. In addition, please ensure that you have unlocked your personal map device by completing the quest 'A Call to Arms'. Also, to see your recent purchases, you may need to log out of the game-client and log back in. I hope one of these solutions helps. Thanks. Turns out it is under category 'nature'

It seems to have a minor bug. When I either place or edit it, once I turn off hideout editing my character is stuck and can't move until I log in again...

...but I can't replicate the issue any more...

Can anybody confirm the size of this map device? Do the portals open in the same sized ring as the large map device? Or is it in between the small and large, a medium size?

This map device is considered a large sized map device, and should fit that portal range. I have linked the video to the pack that contains the Magebloom device here for your reference. You can see the map device in action at ~0:53 mark. I hope this helps! |
