BUG - unique flasks in slot #1 stopped working with "reused at end this flask effect"

Before patch released, unique flasks worked with this crafted "reused at the end of this flasks effect"

Now, after patch, it does NOT auto use despite having the mod "Reused at the end of this flask's effect"

Edit: it's only happening on flask slot 1.
No matter what flask I put there, it doesn't work with this enchant.

edit2: seems to only happen on unique flasks.

Indeed it does. I bought the MTX and have the issue.
