Extinction Helmet no Marauder Face

As seen in the first screenshot, the Marauder Face is not in the Extinction Helmet MTX. This is nut a huge issue or bothers my ram/drive/device for anything and did not 'disturb' the gameplay. it just looks odd wenn you watch 'down the throat'.
Hopefully all needed informations are viable.
also, 3 of my Friends got the same issue, but those got better PC's than mine.
If you can see my friendlist i add the names but not with full accountname:
