Could be worse

Could be "Breaches in area belong to Chayula" and you spent an assload of points on it, several hundred chaos worth of sextants rolling it.

And then you go in your juiced to the moon map and run your breaches and come out with not two, not one, but ZERO splints for your trouble.

But you knew that might actually happen because it's Tower and the breach hand spawned on one of those tiny narrow catwalks between the rim and the centre and you get maybe 3 purple guys actually spawning in the entire breach.
