Orb of Dominance and mod weight

Hi,

I was wondering whether trying to elevate an influenced mod with an Orb of Dominance respected mod wieght or not. For example, if I've one T1 mod with 500 weight and another T1 mod with 1500 weight, do I have 25% chance for the first mod to become elevated (500/2000) or 50% ?

Sadly I don't have enough orbs of dominance to do my own statistics ;)

As far as I am aware it is not weighted, but I do not have statistics to back that up either.

My thought is that I probably would have heard of it being weighted when seeing the success rates of very rare elevated mods in the descriptions of item showcases, but I was not conscious of that possibility until now so it might have simply escaped my notice.

It's an even chance, 50/50.

Pretty sure people elevating the old explody chests would've noticed if it were weighted.
