Cavern of Anger delirium mirror spawns insane amount of delirium monsters

Was doing a late league character leveling run, act 6 cavern has always provided high rewards for the amount of monsters killed (probably due to the "distance" between delirium mirror and the rest of the map), so I always open it.
This time, the amount of monsters spawned was insane, quite literary the whole screen, to the extent that it's impossible to move. I've not seen such amount of delirium spawns in t16 maps. Reporting this as it might be a one-off, but it may be a problem if this happens frequently. Forced to logout, and re-entering the instance made it even worse, the initial small pre-exit zone spawned full screen of delirium monsters. Not much in the way of logs, just adding them because perhaps seed can help reproduce. " Last bumped on May 1, 2022, 6:08:09 PM

When things like this happens, get a bug report number. It's what GGG uses to find and fix these types of issues and without it, they can't.
