Hi, mb someone know why option "always attack without moving" doesn't work with Anomalous Vaal Lightning Strike, with default version working well

Have you checked this option (on-off) on both skill gems?

Sure, if im equiping Anomalous after default, attack without moving working, but when changing instance he bug again, don't know why it works like this, i tried relog different manipulation but nothing help
