3.18 seemingly nerfless, ssf starter needed

pretty much as title says, as i have gathered through some posts here and reddit, it seems to be a nerfless league wich makes me question, what shall i play next league?

last 2 leagues i did RF inquisitor in ssf and had alot of fun, i also tested quite alot of builds at the end of the league but came to realise, i had most of the uniques needed for the builds i tested so i came to the conclusion that i wont start as any of them as usualy you dont have any uniques early on

what i mainly looking for is something i can start with that also scales well into endgame so i can thinks such as feared again that is not RF inquisitor?

any buildideas are much appreciated

Why not play a bow build they should survive the nerfs if any.
