is there a reason why I can't change my renderer?

I'm not able to change my renderer, I have Direct X 12, but my Renderer in PoE is stuck at Direct X 11(The pull down tab is blacked out.), is there a reason why I'm not able to change it?

Would it be because my PC is hooked up to a flat screen TV instead of a normal PC screen?

Or is it because I'm running on an integrated GFx card? (I never had this problem before, even playing on my TV w/ an integrated GFx card.)

Could someone give me any helpful info please N thanks!

well if you can't select it, then that normaly means that PoE didn't detect hardware that support it or it could be a driver issue.
Pretty sure DX12 can only be used in FULL screen mode, or visa, versa when I tried it, and also requires re-starting the client.

It felt buggy, and it crashed me soon after loading in.

I changed back right to DX11.

there are 2 locations to change the renderer, the login screen and the ingame settings.

if you can't change it in the ingame settings, try the options button in the login screen

99.99% integrated graphic does not work. e.g. Intel or AMD CPU's graphical core

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones being able to play with integrated Gfx then, but not all that long ago I was able to change my renderer's settings. I recently checked and my Driver is outdated, but when I go thru the device manager it says I am currently using the most recent update. So I will try that, and if it still doesn't work, then I'll have to install a larger power supply to run the new GFx card I bought.
( I know its an EZ PZ process, but I'm lazy, so I'll only do that once the game starts to really drop in FPS, and Lag.)

Currently with this setup I'm quite surprised that I'm running @ 35-40 FPS, with a max MS of about 25-35 with my screen resolution at 1680-1050, but that's also running everything on Low/Medium.

AND YES... I'M well aware that compared to some other's systems this is probably garbage running statistics, but I'm running an old Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz w/ 16 GB of installed RAM

But thanks everyone for your suggestions, I greatly appreciate them!

You do not have a DEDICATED GPU (internal GPUs are not supported for gaming!) that supports DX12 OR Vulkan's requirements.
