DirectX12 Issues

Currently when I use DirectX12 the windows key does not always work to bring up the start menu in Windows 10. This Seems to be only a DirectX12 issue as when I switched back to DirectX11; the windows key always brings up the start menu as intended. There is also and issue with PoE Overlay on Overwolf where all the hotkeys/Macros do not work. I'm unsure if it is only PoE Overlay on Overwolf as I don't have any other trade macros installed to test as well. I am unable to "evaluate" items or press a key to have it Press enter type "/hideout" and enter again or "/kick {player}".
I have an Rtx 2080 with latest drivers available (Version 512.15 at time of posting), the latest version of Overwolf/Poe Overlay (1.2.25 at time of posting), and Windows 10 Pro Version 21h1 (Os build 19043.1526). " well sounds like your 3 party software needs to support poE when using DX12, so you will have to talk to them about that issue. In PoE, are you using Fullscreen or Windows fullscreen (I am running Windows fulsscreen and don't have a problem with the "windows key"). ??
