How does ladder work?

Looking at SSF Archnemesis HC leaderboards I can't understand how the rank is determined. Is it a bug? Why Darkee is first? Why xaitv is 13th?

it looks like the time field is being used in the ranking calculation, I hope GGG posts the reasoning here once they find out.

This ladder was set up to rank players for the Siege of the Atlas Boss Kill Event.
We have now restored the normal experience-based ranking for this ladder, as the above event has finished. |
