Desecrate corpse life and delve scaling

Does monster life from delve scaling affect the life of corpses spawned from desecrate?

Spawned monster life scales with monster (zone) level only, they don't inherit the zone modifiers. So basically delve 1000 desecrate is the same with T16 map desecrate, as both zones are lvl 83.

Interesting, thanks. What about normal monster corpses? White mobs at delve depth 1000 have millions of hp, does that life transfer to the corpses or does it get lost when they die?

They have millions of HP because of depth scaling (monsters in area have "More Monster Life" & "More Monster Damage"). If you detonate them directly, you should deal proportional damage, because they had "millions of hp" when they were alive. But the corpses you create from thin air don't benefit from area modifiers, so they don't have "More monster life".
