Determination Mana Reservation Mastery and Blood Magic

Dear GGG,
regular mana reservation nodes apply if taken alongside Blood Magic and reduce the life reservation. This unfortunately does not hold true for the Armour Mastery "Determination has 25% reduced Mana Reservation". I am not sure if this result is desired or not, but it does seem inconsistent to me.
