Chaos resist skill gem

[Removed by Support] make a skill gem that boost chaos resistance like purity skill gems. Call it either purity of chaos or chaos corruption and works same way as other purity skill gems like boost max resist to chaos by 4-5% etc.

Anywho chaos resist is deliberately harder to get than other resistances, and considering the opportunity cost of yet another reservation I'm not certain how actually useful it would be. Украина в моём сердце

A purity of chaos aura would give lower resistance to chaos than the elemental auras. So that shouldn't be a big issue.
Do people even use the purity skill auras though? In my nine years I think I used a Purity of Elemental Resistance once and never used the Ice, Fire, or Lightning purity skill gems. So, would people really use a Purity of Chaos Resistance skill gem? Over 430 threads discussing labyrinth problems with over 1040 posters in support (thread # 1702621) Thank you all! ^TONS of builds call for purity auras...it's one of the single best ways to build defense. And some builds require them.
Since the changes to purity of elements, it is much more used than the individual purities but I find it really hard to believe that youve gone this long without making a build that utilizes a purity aura. Purity of Chaos is never going to happen. The point of chaos resistance is that it's harder to stack than all other resistances (or you choose CI). It shouldn't have an aura like the elemental resistances. That being said, there's already the watcher's eye purity mod that adds a huge amount of chaos resistance. |

I use the typed purities on bosses I'm having trouble with that do a lot of a single type of damage. Typically don't use them normally though, and I don't think anyone does outside of leveling or aura stacking.

i often use purityx auras during leveling and the endgame until i get good enough gear
basicly the worse the gear the more def auras i run including puritys |

i m not opposed to having a chaos purity gem but it needs to fit thematically where as someone pointed out, chaos is unnatural and meant to be not easy to get.
so maybe 50% reservation or the base resist value would be lower than r egular purities. or perhaps have a downside attached to it like reducing max hp. [Removed by Support]
