Mouse cursor can't leave PoE's window when alt tabbing anymore

Hi, I have no idea what happened but I can't make my mouse exit the PoE window anymore when alt-tabbing, the cursor is just stuck on the border and can't leave to my other monitor anymore even though the PoE windows is out of focus.

It does work normally though when pressing the windows button instead of alt+tab and in all the other games i've tried.

I'm using fullscreen windowed with cursor cannot leave ticked (ticked off doesn't change anything) like I have always have and the last time I played PoE this issue didn't occur. Same thing when using windowed mode.

I have no idea what to try honestly lol so if you have any ideas I'd glady try them.

Fixed by reinstalling windows, not sure what settings I changed that caused it though that was a strange one ^^
