craftofexile.com is an excellent place to plan crafts and test out your methods (in the Emulator tab). I will take you through a good way of doing all three items, but I would suggest playing around on that website to get the hang of it and perhaps build up some knowledge to plan your own crafts :)
A note before we start: it seems like you are copying the items from someone else who has made this build, which is perfectly okay, but some of the mods are just going to be incidentally on there and are unimportant. I will focus on the ones I deem useful and not incidental. Easiest first: Gloves. The Aspect of the Avian skill can easily be added using a Beast Craft in your Menagerie. You will need three yellow beasts and 1 Saqawal beast (see here to purchase https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Archnemesis/pKEY2df0). Since it's not a crafted mod, and the Minion Damage craft is a prefix, we will go for a pair of gloves with 3 mods (strength, resistance, and life) and at least 1 open prefix and 1 open suffix. In general, it's cheaper to buy things with only a few mods. In this case, you can use this search (https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Archnemesis/ZJm05Z6uQ) to find a pair of gloves with the three stats we need. We might need to use some Orbs of Annulment to remove some mods that we don't want (this has some RNG involved). Alternatively, you could use Essences of Rage to get the three stats (see this link for the rough odds https://www.craftofexile.com/?b=37&m=essence&e=1240&ob=both&v=d&a=e&l=a&lg=9&bp=y&as=1&req={%22684%22:{%22l%22:60,%22g%22:2},%221628%22:{%22l%22:60,%22g%22:2},%221775%22:{%22l%22:30,%22g%22:1},%221966%22:{%22l%22:60,%22g%22:2}}&bld={}&im={}&ggt=|&ccp={}). Once you have a base, the rest is easy. Go to your Menagerie and do the beastcraft to add the Aspect skill (if you don't feel confident you can ask for a carry but it should be okay). Then craft the Minion Damage onto the gloves and you are done. This is the main pattern we follow: get some mods on an item, and force the other ones on deterministically, the cheapest way possible. Second item: Belt. The flat Strength, the %Attributes and the resistance are all suffixes so we will get these first. This will be our base, from which we can get the other stats. Of course, if we can simply buy a cheap base (examples here https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Archnemesis/Y0JnmRhY) then we should do that. Depending on what tier of stats you want, hopefully you can find a nice base. If you are lucky, you'll find one with life too and then you can craft a final prefix and be done. If you can't find a base, then we will make one. In my opinion, it's always best to use a Stygian Vise, as the jewel socket can have many useful mods, including life and strength. However, since we need a Hunter or Elder belt for the %Attributes, this can be a little pricey. Regardless of what type of belt you choose, let's use Intrinsic Catalysts to boost our stats. For maximum efficiency you should make sure the item is normal/white, and then use 4 catalysts to get to 20% quality. Then let's get our suffixes. A quick look on craftofexile shows that using Essences of Rage has a ~1/38 chance of hitting just the %attributes, without a resistance. This is only really worth it if you settle for the T2 essence (Shrieking) which are much cheaper than the T1 version (Deafening). You could also consider using Fundamental Fossils for a ~1/20 to hit. Unfortunately, it's much harder to get the strength and attribute mods alongside a resistance, unless you get lucky. You will either have to have a) enough currency to have a good chance of getting it or b) settle for lower tiers of mods. Whether you have bought your base or crafted it, we have an item with 3 suffixes. (If you have 3 prefixes too, you can use the Harvest craft 'Reforge Keeping Suffixes' to get at least 1 open prefix.) The cheapest way to finish it is to craft life and accept the lack of mana (why do you want the mana on it anyway? It's almost never used on summoners as far as I know). Otherwise we will have to make use of the expensive 'Suffixes Cannot Be Changed' craft, and either use a Veiled Chaos orb to try and unveil life (if you block +armour/+evasion or similar it has a 40% chance of hitting life), or the Harvest craft 'Reforge with Life more common'. Once you hit an acceptable tier of life, you can craft another prefix and you are done. I think it would be much better to buy the base, especially if you are going for middle-tier rolls. As items get better and better, the gap between cost-to-buy and cost-to-craft generally increases. Since this belt is not excellent (just okay), I would probably advise against trying to craft it unless you were going for high-tier rolls, requiring a fair amount of currency. Finally, the boots. These are much better and more expensive than the other ones. Very nice suffixes with t1 movement speed, good life and an enchant. Best way would probably be to buy some boots with good suffixes, and get the life and movement speed on there yourself. An example search: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Archnemesis/XeLG3keSP. In this case you would have to accept the lack of enchant (this particular one doesn't seem that useful for a summoner build), or get it yourself by running lab. Going for suffixes yourself would probably be easiest by using Essences of Rage again, or perhaps some fossils. Play around and see what you can find. Once you have the suffixes, we are going to craft 'Suffixes Can't be Changed', and use a veiled chaos orb. Craft 'Evasion rating while focused' and unveil. There is a very high chance of hitting 30% movement speed (much much easier to get than 35% and only marginally worse). If you don't get it, repeat this step. Then craft life and done. This is a very standard way to craft boots: suffixes, unveil for movement speed, craft life. Hopefully this was of some help :) Let me know if you have any questions or need some more guidance.
