Never-ending Harbinger in Delve?

Attempted a harbinger node in delve.
Should have been easy - deep of 150. The bug (?) was that it never stopped spawning. A harbinger circle spawned. And then another circle spawned. Ok. And then another. And then another. And then another. And then another. And then another. And then another. And then another. And then another. And then another. [Removed by Support] And then I gave up. Sorry if this has been reported before, or if this is how the game mechanic is supposed to work. Sorry, too, I was not recording. The node is supposed to kill all the harbingers (yes plural) until the portal blow up
