Invalid login

Hello. I can't log into the game or the site. I correctly enter the mail and password, the site and the game client then writes "Invalid login". Tell me what to do? I wrote to those support, but two days have passed, there is no answer.

sounds like you are a Steam user and then on the website you need to use the "login with Steam" buttom at the login site.

I just started using Stem today, before that I played without Stem for more than 3 years, I registered a new account in order to somehow contact those support.

I just want to know my account in the ban or it was hacked and my mail was changed, and how can I get access back to it.

then my guess is that you did an "account link" and deleted your account.

You will need to e-mail GGG support at support@grindinggear.com
In the e-mail include your CORRECT PoE account name and 2 -3 char names on this account.
Also include VERY clear screenshots of what your are trying to do.

To get a reply from GGG, please do / check the following -->
1. Check your SPAM folder.
2. Whitelist the GGG e-mail in your e-mail solution / with your e-mail provider.
3. Put the GGG e-mail in your trusted sender list.
