Issue with uul-netol's vow amulet

Hello,
I'm facing in game issue. Details : When I put my empower support gems on my uul-netol's VOW unselt amulet it does not level up my gems on my body armour (which is the main goal of empower support and uul-netol's vow combo). Since Empower benefits from the extra level you get for gems from your body armour, it should be socketed there rather than in Uul-Netol's Vow in the first place.

Check an actual skill gem instead of a support gem, Empoer only affects skill gems not support gems.
