How can I find out the name of the software for which my account was banned?

You can't. GGG doesn't/can't help via the forums, and they do NOT give out any other information other than you were banned for breaking x reason in the TOS.
Why don't they give out that information? Easy: It makes it more likely that people will figure out how they got caught and then make it harder on GGG to detect that software. I created a new account and went through 2 acts and got banned, I didn't use any software (only fraps). And I can not get an answer from you what kind of software it is.

" What is "fraps" software ?? You could always do a clean windows installation before playing PoE again. Remember that also software from hardware vendor can get you banned (like keyboard / mouse software that can make macro / automation and so on). |
