Severe lag spikes in maps - Oce server

I've been getting some nasty lag spikes recently in maps that is making the game pretty unplayable. Nothing in other games, streams load fine, no packet loss to discord or anything, up/down speed is at where it should be, just POE having issues.

I took a video of one of the more severe spikes, has anyone had any success remedying anything like this? Any suggestions are appreciated. :)

his latency is excellent.

try doing a winMTR against the IP address you find in the game's logfile while you're in the problematic instance

it's worth sending that log to bahnhof.se customer service, the packet loss starts on their outer router and persists until ggg servers.
