Replica or regular? Gear help.

Hello,
I have been following a cyclone slayer guide here: https://www.poe-vault.com/guides/ultimate-cyclone-slayer-build-guide It suggests using Atziri's Acuity, which costs 8ex, but I can get Replica Atziri's Acuity for 1ex. Will I be hurting myself too much using the Replica? The only difference seems to be getting Perfect Agony passive instead of Vaal Pact passive. Perfect agony is useless and Vaal pact is amazing for slayer. It doubles your maximum leech rate which is a massive survivability increase.

replicas are basically *completely* different items. if a build calls for X item, using the replica is not going to work.
