Can you increase Mana reservation on Ring of Guilt with Fertile Catalyst ?

Need "Herald of Purity has 40% increased Mana Reservation Efficiency" at 44% or higher.
Can Fertile Catalysts increase this and if so by how much per catalyst (1%, 2% and so on) ? Ideally I'd like to get at least 44%+ (and maybe 90% if possible and not too expensive) Last bumped on Mar 22, 2022, 1:57:33 PM

i dont know IF it works, but i know this:
the max quality is still 20%. IF the 40% mod is affected by quality, the highest itll go is 48%, nowhere near 90. |

It works, you can increase Efficiency to 48% with 20% quality

" It's not the quality I'm worried about, it's an explicit on the ring itself. There is a build I'm trying and it needs "Herald of Purity has 44% increased Mana Reservation Efficiency" at least. Neither the Synthesized or Fractured version have a modifier of more than 40% (30-40% or 40-30%) so trying to figure out how a higher value is achieved. I've seen one on a character that has a value of 88%. I'd buy one to experiment if they were cheaper in Standard :-) |

the one with mod higher than 48% is legacy.
values like this are not obtainable on new rings, you can only trade for them in standard |
