Asking about Wording on Watcher's Eye

I want to know about "Wording" in Watcher's Eye



there is 2 mods that i want to look up
1. "You have Phasing while affected by Haste"
2. "+32% to Chaos Resistance while affected by Purity of Elements"

there is difference in word "You", the first ones have "You" the second one doesn't.

In my understanding the first mod is
- if you have the watcher eye, you doesn't have Haste Aura but 1 of your party member/allies does you still have phasing.

The question is what about the second mod?
- if your allies have purity of elements + have that watcher's eye equipped, but you don't have, will you get 32% chaos resist?

The reason i asked about this question is because my animate guardian died/vanishes ("sadly i cant remember when/how"). The content that i play only normal white heist contract (no mods). Yet my AG vanish, meanwhile my spectre still full in complete set. If my AG died because of hard encounter my spectre must have died too.

The only reason that i can think of is because watcher eye wording and my AG died during trade (someone with that watcher eye+auras get invited to party).

AG base chaos resist is 20% (spectre is 0%) +30 ish from the watcher'eyes, then converted by fleshcrafter taking down my AG dead but spectre still alive.

My AG use Mask Stiched demon, CHest life as ES, Infinite pursuit and cant be inflicted with corrupted blood, so it must be very tanky, and during that time i only play white heist contract so nothing hits hard.

Sorry about language, English is not my first, and sorry for this stupid question. Still want to find out the reason my AG died.

If your party member has aura active and you have the watcher's eye you do get the bonuses from it.
Your minions do not have your watcher's eye so they don't get anything from it.

I am still not sure though, i remember still have the AG for at least 8 hours. Its either dead mid heist (all heist is white), or there is sudden chaos resistance change mid game, sadly i doesnt remember exactly when it died, but i at least remember that it still alive for the first 8 hours.

Your AG will die with 50%+ Chaos Res, if someone joined your party with that gem equipped, I believe it would kill the AG.

Your minions do not have your jewels. If this interaction is what killed your Animated Guardian rather than another source of chaos resistance or something entirely different, then it is not intended.

It actually should not be that hard to test this. All you need is an Animated Guardian that has at least 18% chaos resistance, have that jewel unsocketed, activate Purity of Elements, then socket that jewel and see if it dies. If it does, there is a bug, if not, something else killed it the first time around.
