Need help with RF Inquisitor

So there are so many videos out there now with tanky RF Inquisitor, but not many has a proper build guide.

Any build guides to recommend to a total newbie? Not too much in terms of what equipment etc but more in terms of how to level up the character up to maps. From there onwards I can figure out most of the stuff myself. Hopefully.

Zizaran has a good one for RF Inquisitor.
