Never even received warnings about bad behavior, but got banned for rmt. The appeal was rejected by the bot with a standard message. In support, the bot answered with a standard message. I am not a machine, but a person and I want to get an answer from a living person.
I'm being asked to create a new account, but I want to play on my original home account. It's just a disregard attitude, because I spent a lot of energy, doing 36 achievements in almost every league, buying a lot of packs, and just spending most of my free time in this game. Streamers and other people on reddit are put on probation, given second chances, and I get banned without even getting a response from the person. Where do I need to write to talk to people in order to properly understand the problem, so that my message is at least just read? " If you got banned for RNT and your appeal was denied, then that's it for you. GGG will no longer talk to you about this since the case is closed and perma banned is final. You have not been asked to create a new account. You have been told that you can create a new account if you want to continue playing PoE. Noone doing RMT is put on "probation". You get banned for this per GGG rules. You really should read the ToS more carefully before you accepted them. The only people i know have been warned before being banned, is the people doing trade scams... I know that GGG deceided to ban a streamer for 1 leugue because he exposed an exploits but that can't be compared to doing RMT. So there is no reason for you to sit and wait for anything at this point.... |
