Same thing happens to me regardless if it is wired or wireless or running as an xbox controller.

Yea, They are currently only supporting legacy controllers at this point. I am doing some research and will get back to you if i find a solution. If you don't have a ps3 or xbox 360 controller then you cannot connect your controller via their options.

You can use DS4Windows to emulate an XBox Controller. I got it to work with that.
