Cast when damage taken gem is not working when on a trigger wand

i tried to use cast when damage taken with molten shell on a trigger wand, and its not working. Its not working with enfeeble also.
The cwdt and molten shell are correct levels and can support it, also there is no mana problem. I turned off everything to have full mana, and is still not working. Last bumped on Mar 14, 2022, 4:10:38 PM

Skills cannot be supported by multiple triggers; when a skill would have multiple triggers, it's just disabled.
