Recover 2% of life when you ignite a non-ignited enemy doesn't work on totems anymore

Today i noticed that this passive doesnt work with explosive arrow ballista anymore, why? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uMTfo6NsUI here's clip, you can clearly see that there's no recover at all. I doubt they fixed it all of a sudden its more likely you had something on with % life recovery when you kill an enemy for example which will get credited to you via ignite as that's how DoTs work.
Also your gear is lush mate very nice :p |

it would only work sporadically if the burn damage killed the monster after the totem was destroyed/ been re placed (which counts as it dying).
This has always been the case and all that is happening here is that the totem that scored the kill is still up or was just "killed" right before the last tick Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

" I literally didnt touch my build between two simulacrum runs, and its simply fixed or nerfed. Previously i switched from "Hired killer" that grants 2% life on kill, to fire mastery that grant 2% life on ignite enemy, and it worked just fine, now im back to "Hired killer" since fire mastery doesnt work anymore. Also i almost got mental brakedown in process of crafting amulet lol |
