With terrace map removal, I cannot find anywhere that states where this hideout is now. Any ideas? <3

As it seems like the Terrace map is the only source of this Hideout, I think you're simply shit out of luck this league. Wouldn't surprise me if similar layouts could offer it, though, like Gardens etc.

Hideout unlocks are tied to areaid, so you won't get it from just running maps with similar tilesets. You'll have to wait until GGG cycles Terrace back into the map pool, as they did in 3.17 with the Iceberg map and Glacial Hideout which were MIA for 3.16. Another option would be running old Terrace maps on Standard.
