Can you get Celestial Hideout from Uber Elder?

Looking for hard evidence (screenshots/videos), I'm like 80% sure I got my hideout from Uber Elder but now when I'm trying to find any proof on Youtube/Twitch/etc. I'm not able to find a single piece of evidence, only people claiming they got it from Uber Elder.

It is Shaper Exclusive. You CANNOT get it from Uber Elder, as he uses a different AreaID (and there are NO hideout unlocks with that AreaID.)
