Spreading Rot jewel does not work properly
I know that the jewel was changed with 3.17 to be "decreases casting time 30%", but the casting time is showing as going up instead of down.
Spreading rot should increase chaos damage. This is working. Spreading rot should inflict Withered. Not clear if this is working. Spreading rot should decrease the casting time for blight by 30%. The casting time goes from 0.26 seconds to 0.34 seconds. That's an increase, not a decrease. Please fix this!! Last bumped on Mar 10, 2022, 12:18:32 PM

Just confirmed, casts per second decreases instead of increases when you socket the spreading rot jewel.
Someone got the sign reversed when modifying this with the recent patch. Should be an easy fix. Please fix it!! |

30% reduced Cast Speed, not cast time

How is that a benefit?
Should be faster to cast, not slower. |

Like said Threshold jewel aren't meant as a pure huge upgrade but as a gameplay changer.
They usually have upside and downside. They explain in a previous patch they wanted to remove the pure upside threshold jewel for skill and change it mostly into mechanical change of the skill. |
