I didn't get my twitch drops?

I watched partnered streamers for 2h and according to twitch got the Hand Wings and Grasping Hands Pet(already redeemed), but when I opened Path of Exile today, they weren't there?

" Here is a guide on what to do --> 1. Check that you have claimed the drops in twitch here --> https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory 2. Now check if the drops have been "sent" to GGG here --> https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch 3. If they are not shown in step 2, then you will need to relink your PoE account with your twitch account. Then repeat step 2. If you need more help, then you will need to e-mail GGG support directly and include VERY CLEAR screenshots for step 1 + 2 in the e.mail. |

You normally need to claim a drop in order to obtain it. However, if you aren't seeing your reward in-game but have claimed the drop on Twitch, you may be able to try refreshing your redemption rewards. You should be able to do this by visiting this link. If that doesn't cause the items to appear in-game for you, you can also try un-linking your account from Twitch and then re-linking it to Twitch. You can do this from the Manage Connections page found here. If that also doesn't help, or you aren't receiving the drop reward for any other reason, please contact us at support@grindinggear.com with your account name and the names of 2-3 characters on your account so that we can check into it further with you! |
