Add Main-Menu Button to Menu-Button in the left.

Basicly Title. I would like if you could add the Main Menu (ESC) to the Menu-Button in the bottom left.

Background: A friend of mine is disabled and plays POE with her mouth using a mouth-mouse. That works pretty fine for she can play necromancer builds and such. But its really annoying for her that she cant quit the game easily since she cant press ESC and I feel it shouldnt be a problem to add the Main Menu down there.
